It’s milk without the moo! As Americans turn towards health and sustainability, nuts and seeds-based dairy alternatives are seeing a huge spike in popularity and demand. From milk, butter, and cheeses, grocery stores are fast filling up with a variety of products to suit consumer tastes. So how popular are plant-based dairy products in America?
